We are taking extra precautions to keep our patients, practitioners and staff safe:

  • All staff is in the process of being fully vaccinated.

  • Protocols will be evaluated and changed/updated when needed, per CDC guidelines, to keep patients and employees safe.

  • Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. We do not charge a cancellation fee for last minute cancellations due to COVID-19 symptoms: New cough, new shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; new fever or chills; new fatigue; new sore throat; new nasal congestion; new muscle or body aches that are not caused specific activity or pre-existing condition; new vomiting or diarrhea; new loss of taste or smell.

  • We do not provide emergency care. Please contact your primary care physician/seek emergency care for any of the following COVID-19 warning signs: Trouble breathing; persistent pain or pressure in the chest; new confusion; inability to wake or stay awake; bluish lips or face.

  • Call when you arrive for your appointment. We will meet you at the front door so you will not need to touch door knobs.

  • Contactless temperature checks and symptom checks are done before patients enter the treatment space.

  • All patients must wear face coverings/masks over mouth and nose on our premises at all times.

  • All appointments are currently happening in our small home practice space, so we can carefully monitor contact and cleaning of surfaces and common areas.

  • Practitioners and staff will be temperature checked each morning, and appointments will be rescheduled in the event of an elevated temperature reading.

  • Appointments are scheduled so there is no overlap of patients.

  • Door knobs, doors, and bathroom fixtures are sanitized regularly.

  • Practitioners and staff wash hands and change gloves before each patient.

  • Practitioners wear masks and single-use non-latex gloves during appointments.

  • Treatment tables are thoroughly sanitized between treatments, and table and head cradle coverings are changed after each patient.

  • Our practice space has an air purifier with HEPA-Type Filter and UV-C light.

  • All needles are single use, sterile and individually packaged.

  • Any multi-use equipment (cups, moxa equipment, etc.) is sterilized in a UV cabinet between patients.

  • We are currently accepting contactless payments only. If you are not using insurance, you may pay online via Square invoice, or over the phone. Please let us know if you do not have access to these formats and we’ll make other arrangements.
